Artwork

Please upload your finished artwork when placing your order.

Your file should already contain all photographs, names, dates, wording, venue details, QR codes and other information exactly as you would like them to appear on the finished magnet.

We print your supplied design rather than creating bespoke artwork on your behalf.

We will carry out a basic artwork check before production and may contact you if we notice an obvious issue with the file, such as poor image quality or incorrect sizing.

Artwork tips

For the best result:

• Create your design as a square
• Keep important names, dates and text away from the very edge
• Use the highest-quality photographs available
• Make sure small text is easy to read
• Use good contrast between text and the background
• Check that any QR code scans correctly before uploading
• Avoid overcrowding the design
• Export your artwork at the highest quality available

If your design tool allows it, create the artwork slightly larger than the finished magnet so the background can extend beyond the trim area.
