Artwork

Please upload your finished artwork when placing your order.

Your file should already contain all text, photographs, logos, dates, contact information and QR codes exactly as you would like them to appear on the finished magnet.

We print your supplied design rather than creating bespoke artwork on your behalf.

We will carry out a basic artwork check before production and may contact you if we notice an obvious issue with the file, such as poor image quality or incorrect sizing.

before submitting your order.

Artwork tips

For the best result:

• Create your design as a square
• Keep important text and logos away from the very edge
• Use clear, high-quality images
• Make sure small text is easy to read
• Use strong contrast between text and the background
• Check that QR codes scan correctly before uploading
• Avoid overcrowding the design with too much information
• Export your artwork at the highest quality available

If your design tool allows it, create your artwork slightly larger than the finished magnet so the background can extend beyond the trim area.
